Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Change: Build our new operational platform, balancing short-term deliveries with long-term architectural goals.

• Technical Leadership: Lead design decisions, engage in POCs, write high-performant code, and mentor junior team members.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and QA engineers to solve problems holistically.

What You Offer

• PHP & Architecture: Deep expertise in PHP, microservices, and building performant, decoupled, cloud-based applications.

• AWS Cloud: Proven experience with AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, Cognito) and cloud-native development.

• MySQL Optimization: Advanced knowledge of database optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning.

• Security & Observability: Strong grasp of secure coding (OWASP10), compliance, and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace). Secure Code Warrior is a plus.
